With scena.ai, there is no contract to sign and you can upgrade or downgrade between different plans at any time directly from your account billing settings. If you choose to pay monthly, you can cancel your paid subscription at any time by downgrading to the free forever Script plan. If you choose to pay annually, you will get 2 months free and you can cancel your subscription at any time by downgrading to the free forever Script plan. A prorated deduction will apply and you will be refunded.

Yes, you can do it by clicking the "Cancel Subscription" button in Project Settings.

Your plan will be canceled after your current billing period. However, you'll still have access to paid features until then. We recommend canceling your plan at least a day before it renews to avoid unplanned charges.

Need a break, or planning to upgrade again at a later time? Pause your plan instead.

This is only available if you're on a monthly plan. You can pause your plan for one month. To pause your plan please contact our customer support billing@scena.ai.

Pausing or canceling your account will take effect before your next billing date.

Once you cancel your subscription, you will enjoy the benefits of your current plan, till the end of your billing cycle. After the end of your billing cycle, you will be downgraded to a free forever Script plan. Your previously created interactive or AI video content will still be available, but with restrictions of the free plan.

For customers on a monthly subscription, the cancellation will go into effect the month after your last payment. For customers on an annual subscription, it will be a year after your last payment. 

Remember, you never need to cancel your scena.ai account completely, You can simply downgrade to our free forever Script plan.

Yes. Every plan allows you to create one project per price plan - with the option to pay monthly or annually. You can use a certain number of dialogue modules and share widgets for every project.

You can change your plan at any time from within your user dashboard under Project – Settings - Billing.

Yes, you can recover it by buying a plan. Your data will be stored for one year after the subscription expired.

Yes – scena.ai gives you the option to pay for your plans annually. When annual payment is set up you will get 2 months free. With the annual Camera plan, you’ll save €120 and with the Director Plan, it depends on the price quotation,

Nope. You can get started completely free, with no credit card required. You'll only be required to add a card if you decide to upgrade.

We support all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Maestro, and Discover) for monthly or yearly payments. We accept payments via wire transfer for corporations on the Director plan or on a custom plan.

scena's paid plans for EU customers will be billed in EUR. Customers outside of this region will be billed in USD.

The tax is calculated based on the type of business you perform (an individual or a company) as well as the country you specify within the billing address.

If you are a company and:

- you are located in the European Union, and you have provided a valid VAT (enterprise) number - no tax is applied

- you are located outside the European Union, and you have provided a Business ID - no tax is applied

- you are located in Slovakia - the tax of 20% is applied

If you are an individual and:

- you are located in the European Union - the tax of the country you are located in is applied

- you are located outside the European Union - the tax of Slovakia (scena.ai HQ) is applied
